Go to a DOCTOR!!!

This is difficult, if this has been long term you really need to see a doctor, these symptoms can be realated to many causes. I am not saying this is the case, but fibromyalgia displays these promblems as well. But the doctor will be able to ask you some direct questions to narrow this down and then test to confirm what he may feel is the problem.

well you problaly got air cover yourself right put bandage so no air will get on it go to docotor so he can help you more
