Yes, both help weight loss. Running works faster, walking is less stressful on your body. I suggest walking fast. Both will build muscle, burn fat.

Hmm. both are purely fantastic. i got here upon that after I run an standard of 9 miles a week, I drop some pounds, and if I walk, it is going to commonly take 30 miles or so a week. in my opinion, i imagine an elliptical will be extra efficient on your bones and joints, yet good day, all of us stay once.

Yes indeed.....but make sure you don't stop when you think that you have lost enough weight.
Some people tend to grew more weight than before after they stop walking or jogging as well........
Balance your diet and exercise......it will go well as you wish!!!
