God is omnipotent and so He could have done anything He liked but what matters is our belief

No. I can explain why.

Lord Krishna is the reincarnation of Vishnu, the sustainer of the Universe. He comes in all forms and so does his Mrs. Laxmi. They both come as reincarnates for the rejuvenation of morality in the world.

Jesus is the Son of GOD. There fore he cannot be the reincarnate of GOD. He has to be known as the son only.

Allah. Well I have studied islam for a very long time and I am really shocked at the beliefs of this faith. One thing I would like to say here. Allah is definitely NOT my GOD or Vishnu. The teachings are totally contrary to hindu teachings and therefore the one and same GOD cannot have two opposite values and teachings.

Budhha - The buddha is a very interesting character. Having started a faith after deserting his kingdom and his family,it seems very strange that GOD asked him to be enlightened to teach the world. He could have done a better job with the wealth he had. Also he deserted his wife and son. I dont think GOD would teach such values to anyone that you desert your family and avoid your responsibilites too

I hope it makes some sense. It makes sense to me. My GOD is not the same GOD as the muslim GOD because my GOD does not teach stealing, treachery, rape, torture, violence and oppression.

You know, that is a very interesting question. Just so I can explain so that other "Christians" will understand, let me take the examples of Buddah, and Jesus.

Here in the U.S, Buddah has been depicted as a lazy fat guy who sat around doing nothing but spouting proverbs. For whatever reason, we weren't given the whole story.

See if this doesn't paralell to a famous "Christian" figure:

Buddah was a prince, the son of a king. He would look out over the people, and he noticed their pitiful, poor existance, and wanted to do someting to help them.

He looked around at all his worldly posessions, and decided to leave them behind so that he could go out into the world and minister to the poor, the sick, the elderly, the alcoholics, the prostitutes, and just about any other type of "lower lifeform" as SOME "Christians" would call them. They often spout "What would Jesus do?" in their indignant, judgemental manner, but they seem to forget to stop and think about what Jesus would REALLY do... what he actually DID!

Would Jesus lower himself and destroy his "example" by going into a bar and drinking wine with the drunks? Yes, as a matter of fact, He DID! Some "Christians" will tell you that he didn't drink wine, but grape juice. If you look at the Greek word for wine, you will find that it means fermented wine. The only place I can't make that claim is the Last Supper, where they called it "fruit of the vine." I have not been able to locate the exact meaning of "fruit of the vine," but I can still hear that song in my head, "Bottle of wine, fruit of the vine..."

I have a song that addresses your question, but right now it is locked up in my sister's old computer at least until I can get a thumb drive. It goes something like this:

Share Your Love
(A knock at the door song)

Ki, Chi, the Source, The Force, are just different names for God.
It's really very simple, but to you, it may seem odd.
It's through the Holy Spirit that God spreads Jesus love,
So let's all come together now
And spread Peace from above.

... I can't remember the rest of it off-hand, but you get the idea.

A line near the end of the song goes something like:

So if you call God Allah, Buddah, Krishna, or Id,
It's time we all joined hands. You'll be so glad that we did.

(Words aren't exact in the last sentence, but as I said, you should get the idea.)

Allah is not in the same sense you have used the words such as Jesus, Krishna, Buddha etc. They were all historical personalities, where as Allah is the Arabic word for God in English and Bhagvan in Sanskrit.

Incarnation means the descending of the divine properties of the infinite spirit in the finite mortal body of a human being intended to show how close they could be to perfection. It happens from time to time to bring the human society back to the track when they are derailed due to too much of materialism. It is God's way of teaching His children by personal example. This is what the Indian believe and profess. For them every Great personality in the world is one having divine qualities. Hence, in past they never declined to allow Christians as well as Muslims to their country, but never knowing that the materialistic adherents to these faiths will invade them and rule over them to get them converted into their respective faiths. However, Hinduism survives till this day and it will survive for times to come because it is broad based unlike other organised religions.

Why does GOD need to reincarnate himself???

Some say to understand the problems of humanity...
Wow the CREATOR does not know about his creation?

Do the Guys at Intel become some sort of a Chip to understand whats wrong with the silicon chips???

The philosophy of re-incarnation is all nonsense, You dont have to become a Computer for understanding the Computer, you can really be your normal self and just write the instruction manual, moreover if the machine is too coplicated you send an engineer with the manual.

Similarly, this complicated human machine needs guidance, so GOD sent Prophets to guide them with the INstruction manual.
Time by time, Prophets like Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses & Jesus came with their INstruction manuals and guided the humanity to the right path.

Till finally GOD chose Muhammed to complete the mission by sending him with the Quran and choosing as the last and final prophet. Is it not logical rather than GOD becoming a VCR to understand a VCR, becoming a donkey to understand the donkeys??? Rather ignorance.

GOD is ONE no matter what name you call him, BUT it should be a beautiful one with no mental picture or image linked to it. You cant compare GOD to anything inthis world. HE is The Absolute, Neither born, nor has any parents. There can be no image of HIM.

If you see any religious scripture, all state that GOD is ONE. But then still the followers of the respective religions, themselvews dont know that their own scripture speaks of ONE GOD. Then they even ascribe image to GOD and worship HIS 'Idols'.

Giving image to GOD is forbidden not only in Islam, but even Hinduism, Christianity etc. But you still find Idols and images in them. Open the Vedas and you find that The Vedas are strictly against Idol Worship. Open The Bible, it speaks against worshipping Jesus Christ himself.

The Only Religion that has held this principle is Islam. Meaning 'Submitting your Will to ALmighty GOD'.

The hindu GOD or GODs and GODDESSes are not the same as Allah. I must make this important point to you. The teachings of hinduism are humble, without arrogance and without treachery. Hindus do not go out into the world and proselytise (spelling) or steal other people's land and women. They do not go out and convert the poor and destitute and basically hinduism is a totally and utterly different from all other religions. One should not even compare in the same context. God tries to help us live moral lives but we make the choices we do.

As there is right and wrong, we are what we are because of our choices. Not because of GOD.

It is only when we are ignorant that we say there is only one GOD and then the people who have violated others get away with wrongdoing.

Yes.

As a Hindu I believe that God does incarnate into the world when injustice is rampant, etc. Thus Jesus, Krishna, Buddha, Rama, Baha'u'llah, etc, etc, etc have all be incarnations of God.

As for Allah, Allah is not an incarnation (did not manifest into form). Allah is yet another name for God.

As I Hindu I do believe:
"There is one God, but humanity calls It by many different names." Rig Veda 1:164.46

There is a saying in Urdu/Arabic "Ya Allah" (meaning Oh Allah!) and "Shri Krishna" or Hare Krishna, Hare Rama. In certain parts of Asia(esp India) during Buddhist prayer recital, they say "Buddham Saranam Gatchami, Brahmam Saranam Gatchami, Dharmam Saranam Gatchami" thousand times or so in a day. They say it in different languages. In different parts of Asia the kids were named after God, so that while at the death bed an elder longing to see their kids/grandkids would call their name. In that process they will call God, there was a belief system more the person called the grandkid/kid(a involuntary form of sublimal message) they were calling God. It was a form of prayer. . . so it is not considered taking God's name in Vain. In Bahai Faith, you are supposed to recite the Holy name "Alláh-u-Abhá (God is Most Glorious)" 95 times every morning. Báb sent a tablet to Bahá'u'lláh with 360 derivatives of the word Bahá’, fulfilling a Shi'i Muslim tradition that the Promised One would reveal the secret "hundredth name of God". which also fullfills the Bible's Second coming of the christ(It is clearly mentioned in the book "Thief in the Night" by William Sears).

The bible tells us that Jesus is God's ONLY begotten Son. There is no reincarnation because the bible also says that when we die we are immediately judged and there is a gulf fixed between heaven and hell that no one can cross to be able to come back to earth. I used to believe in reincarnation but I see now that it's just wishful thinking that some people believe. The bible holds the truth and is a light in which we are then able to see other purported "truths." "In His light we see light" means that with His light we can then judge what others put forth as light. Then when you compare the so called light of others with God's light, then you are able to see it for the darkness, or lie, that it is. I used to believe in reincarnation, UFO's, Edgar Cayce, Ruth Montgomery, Jeanne Dixon, etc. I no longer walk in darkness but in His light. I hope this answers your question.

According to the Christian bible, God is spirit. Reincarnation is not in the bible. Jesus died and God raised him from the dead. Jesus will return at some later date.

Trying to put the Hindu/Buddhist belief in reincarnation as an explanation is not supported by any early text of the bible.

Jesus tells us that he is the only way to God; and that he is the only mediator between God and Man.

Jesus also presents himself as Uniquely God in human form.

Givin that Jesus is God incarnate, this would indicate that God did not incarnate himself in the other forms you mention.

Cordially,
John
