You can use bleach to brake down the proteins. But I never hear of getting rid of proteins as healthy. BWY Bleach will kill you if you put it in you bloodstream.

You do not want to get rid of protein... protiens are a method of communication for your body. They are constanly being made by your body. If you are talking about the kind that is ingested, watch what you eat.

yeah workout more, you never want to get totaly ride of protein, you need that complex sugar in ur blood to make energy..try eating better diet along with exercise, will help immensely

umm protein is good for you not bad .... I take in atleast 70grams of Protein daily from drinks and food...for my workouts
