Proverbs 26:4
Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him.
Proverbs 29:11
A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterwards.
Eccles. 2:14
The wise man's eyes are in his head; but the fool walketh in darkness: and I myself perceived also that one event happeneth to them all.
Eccles. 10:14
A fool also is full of words: a man cannot tell what shall be; and what shall be after him, who can tell him?
This includes atheists and agnostics, for they mock what they cannot disprove.

What is the definition of a FOOL.
How do we determine. Who declares one as a FOOL
Is he/she is really a fool and fool to every body or acting as a fool to fool all of us.Is it a temperory feature or permanent.
How does one come in contact with a fool. Is he a member of a family and how brothers/sisters and parents are to deal with that foolish person or is the question about how other friends and members of society to deal with that Fool. What is the age of the fool.
Does the fool trouble us or anyone. Can we bear it or ignore it or would it need to be checked or corrected or reprimanded and will the fool has capability to understand our commands.
Is he really a fool or a mad person.or mentally retarded person.
Depending upon who is dealing with whom and at what point of time and under what circumstances our dealings have to change from time to time depending upon the circumstances and no hard and fast rules can be framed.
I dont think we should seek the help of Bible on such issues unless you have in mind the unbelievers and doubting Thomas as Fools.

Well, I'm not exactly a Biblical scholar but I doubt that Jesus would approve of you thinking of, let alone referring to, people as "fools".
When you classify someone as a "fool" in your head, you make it permissible to yourself to treat them as something less than yourself. You objectify them, and discount their contribution to the world. Cognitive/Behavioral theory (If I have this right) would say that after THINKING of someone a certain way, you would then FEEL about a person in a certain way. I think that's true.
Although you may grow impatient with other people, remember that you too have made mistakes. What I'm saying is sort of an extension of the Golden Rule - don't only treat others as you'd like to be treated, but THINK of others the way you'd like to be thought of.
Tomorrow, as you talk to people, consciously think of them as being pleasant, intelligent people who you like. First, your feelings toward them will change. With that, your "attitude" or outward demonstrations towards them will become more friendly, and people will BECOME friendly, and helpful, and thoughtful.
How you think of people is how they'll behave.
While none of this is biblical, I doubt that Christ would take any offense to any of it. He continuing message was to love one another, not to find fault.
Good luck!

8 Who does not? maximum of all the persons who do no longer think of so, have the Alien interior. there is an theory referred to as Myoho Renge Kyo meaning that all of us have each little thing because of the fact we are part of the tangible-non-tangible that each little thing is. we are in a position to make reasons to handle the fool, and alter is persevering with. we at the instant are not caught with the comparable foolishness each and all the time and can learn how to enhance the point of fool.

I'm not sure about what the Bible says about dealing with them but I know you can't argue with them. Even when you win they don't know it. Just let them talk, let them think they are getting their way, then do what you wanted to begin with.

Well, Jesus said that if you called someone a fool God would punish you...so as with sinners, you simply have to be tolerant and pray. And of course that isn't as simple as it sounds, but Jesus did say his way wasn't the easy one, either.

Proverbs 26:4-5 (NLT)
When arguing with fools, don't answer their foolish arguements, or you will become as foolish as they are.
When argueing with fools, be sure to answer their foolish arguements, or they will become wise in their own estimation.
