Place your weight on whatever is your strongest side. So if you are right handed, your right knee is down and your left is up. If you are a lefty, your left is down and right is up. Good luck!

i dont think it matters. i have seen it done with the left one up. and i have seen it done with the right one up. i guess it is just how ever you feel comfortable.
