You can use the "Ustedes" -formal conjugation- one, which is further easier than Vosotros -informal conjugation-. It's the same as "ellos". They'll think you learned spanish in latin america, so don't worry.

If you are travelling with the purpose of improving your language skills they would not expect you to know them in advance. Also, other Spanish speaking visitors go to Spain all the time and don't have to speak like them. Don't worry, the vosotros conjugations tend to be picked up fairly easy by foreigners once they spend some time there.

Buena Suerte

I have spoken with people from Spain without the use of vosotros and I have had no trouble communicating with them using South American Spanish. If you have doubts, you can go into a chat room from Spain and chat with the people there. You will catch the differences and you will be more comfortable when you go.

I don't think so. In my Spanish class, we didn't have a textbook, my teacher made up the class around what she thought we needed to know and what we wanted to learn based on her experience (she's been to Spain and Mexico several times) and she never taught us the vosotros conjugations. You should be fine! Enjoy your trip!

Depending on how long you are going for. The spanish spoken in Spain varies depending on where you go.

I agree with angie_n though I recommend if you someday travel to Italy to learn Italian even if Italian is like spanish

It is so very similar that you should be able to communicate, even if poorly. You will get their jist and they will get yours. I wouldn't worry too much. Bring one of those pocket dictionaries just in case and you should be fine! Buena suerte!
