they are different
i am born and raised in tokyo
people from country side like to stick their nose into
others business. and a big city like tokyo doesnt appreciate that.
and these people tend to marry younger, like gossips.
i guess its because theres not so many other source for entertaiment or other things to think down there
i mean thas why these people have more babies.
because they have nothing but people
they have sex and gossip

There's quite alot of difference in city people and small town people. I think mostly in friendliness but also, small town people know how to relax and have more fun together and live life so they have time to smell the roses.
I'm originally from a very small farming town. My family still lives there. As for me? I've lived everywhere.

I've lived in a small town, but Now I live in Chicago, People In big cities mind their own business and don't care what you do. Thats why I love it
Japanese Beauty couldnt have put it any better!!!! Thats EXACTLY it! And in the small town they are all related and have sex with each other, that town was like a big STD.

i live in a very small town in central louisiana but ive spent a lot of time in tampa florida and ive noticed that people in big cities are in to much of a hurry to notice anything that goes on around them..also you dont see many people even holding doors open as someone is about to go through..in a small town if someone in your family dies you have people bring different foods and things over as another way to help comfort you but in the big city you do get an im sorry for your loss but thats about it.

I think people in big city's are differant that small town, because big city people seem like they are in a hurry and always moving and not sure of other people like kind of dont trust them, and then small towns people are more laid back and know everyone and just go with the flow. and Im from a smallish/big(but small if you know what i mean..lol) city like about 1600 or somthing, its small, lot of people know each other

yes in many ways they are different. City people are to busy making it through the day to enjoy any of it. Small town people take time to enjoy alot more ! And I have lived in both ...

Im a country girl from Ky and I can tell you it's no more than a cross over a bridge to Ohio to meet some of the rudest, fast paced people in the world. They scurry around not taking time to say "hi", they will bump into the same person twice and never know it bc they can't even take time to say "sorry" I mean they arent hateful or mean really they just arent as friendly as the peeps in our lil town.

I lived in Chicago go for most of my young life. Now i live in a small town outside the city. i really hate it here. it's too quiet. When i get older, i'm determined to live in the city again. that's a promise.
