i am slim and all but my stomach is big and when i suck it in its very skinny but when i dont its bloated (? i think something like that..) well how do i make my stomach flat? i am not fat. and its not stomach fat. maybe my stomach stretched because i eat alot cause i have high motabolism. help!?

i do plenty of sit ups and i have a slight 4-6 pack when i suck in. its just when i relax its way out there. im not old enough to go to a gym on my own! ((im in gymnastics- we work hArD!))

See "quickest way to lose weiight" on site below. First you can lose at least 5 pounds at home in an hour around your belly. It is not bodyfat or retained water. Then it has something else that flattens the tummy more maybe loss of retained water. Also eating dry foods like bread absorb water and appear to bloat the stomach. Ab exercises help somewhat in toning muscles.

Doing nightly sits up help alot...I do about 150 a night....I just started a diet....and I can already tell a difference...also. you don't have strong abdominal muscles (I didnt say you dont have any), therefore your bloated tummy ..Yoplait yogurt is REALLY REALLY EXCELLENT with burning extra fat.Drinking water can flush out excess liquids in the body...Maybe try taking a diaretic....you can buy them at Wal-Mart or any local store.It helps you reduce water weight,whcih is probably what your carrying.
Believe me,I can relate,I am skinny but have a huge butt!!!lol

I lost about 30 pounds doing 200 situps a day and jogging and walkling every day, walked twice a day, once with my dog and once without. I gradually worked my way up to 200 situps, starting at 20 - 30 a day. It took me about 2 months to lose that 20 or 30 pounds. I also ate less, and ate healthier. I also did jumping jacks, and other small easy exercises.

There is lot of things that you can do to get a flatter stomach, with out having to suck it in. My guess you don't work out a lot because your metabolism is so good. So I suggest Yoga it easy and tights your core muscles(stomach). Yoga is something you can do at night because it relaxes you. I suggest OM yoga which is a style of hatha yoga. Good Luck

you need to do a hell of a lot of sit-ups. trust me it works. do about 20 everyday for two weeks and you should have a flat tummy in about 2-4 weeks! if you need a flat tummy in less time, do 40 a day for 1 week and you should have a flat tummy in 1-2 weeks

probably its bacause you don't exercise so even thoght you're skinny you don't have any abdominal muscle, therefore your bloated tummy
