my computer is not letting me enter the bois does anyone knoe why or another way to change the processor speed?

The only way your comp won't let you into the BIOS is if the BIOS is password protected or your rights are restricted (i.e. not an admin). If either is the case the answer is self-evident.

some can be set in the bios, some have jumpers on the motherboard. You didn't way anything about the computer, so I can't help you anymore than this

I won't think that overclocking will help your problem. It's almost impossible to overclock without getting into the BIOS. So i recommend you to forget about overclocking and proceed to solve the BIOS problem first.
