I'm with you Ginnykitty....mashed, baked or fried. Alograten (sp?)
hash brown, I LOVE tater tots!!! YUMMY! Left-over mashed potatoes are awesome to if you turn it into a potato pancake!!!

I could not eat mash for years after I had food poisoning at school, it wasn't the mash that made me ill but it really put me off. Now I can eat mash with other veggies in it, like peas and carrots and I love it with butter and herbs, but I can't eat it on it's own. I love jacket spuds the best but chips are good old comfort food at it's best.

Mashed then shaped into a pear and lightly fried. I had it at a great place call Zahirs, but they went out of business.

i love potatoes i would eat them anyway you give them except for the sweet potato now that i hate,, my kids love for me to slice a whole potato and fry it ,the only problem with that is the eat it faster than i can cook it so i end up standing at the fryer for ever
