does anyone know how to work out the inner thighs and how to firm your butt???

Visit an authentic health food store; for example GNC, etc. for a diet pill. & also try cellulite minimizer and firmer creams by Avon.

I tried 100% Hoodia and......
Hoodia has worked for me...and with no side effects.
Check with your doctor before starting any weight loss program.

**** VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF ---

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!

#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!

#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.

#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!

Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. A coworker was telling me about this "10 minute Pilates" video at Target, she says it is excellent. You can do it for 10 minutes or longer. It shows a series of excersises/routines.
Rollerblading is something lese that I really enjoy doing.
Unfortunately none of this will work if you are not motivated to work out. You have to find the time, trust me, I'm pretty busy and lazy myself, so I know there is always time. Good luck!

just start walking and also start taking a multivitamin. you don't need to rely on diet pills because most of them wont work for you if you aren't an active person or if you don't have time to exercise

3. YOU CAN TRY SALADS.
4. CUT OUT ON CARBOHDRATES(RICE).
5. LESS FAST FOODS.
6. 4 TO 6 SMALL MEALS A DAY WHICH WILL SPEED UP YOUR METABOLISM AND WILL HELP YOU REDUCE WEIGHT.

7. EXERCISE.
WALKING, JOGGING, CYCLING, SKIPPING ETC.
DO CARDIOVASCULAR EXERCISES 3 TO 5 TIMES A WEEK AND DO STRECHING EXERCISES.
8. TO FIRM UP YOUR BUTTS YOU CAN DO SQUATS. IT REALLY WORKS.

1. You can get your tounge pierced...you wont be able to eat for a week.
2. Simple things...several small meals; HYDROXYCUT can curb your appitite and help with this; 20 lunges a day, and 30 'sit ups'

push away from the table, or tv, or stop pigging out and start eatting more veggies, just walk, that is not being lazy.
