i am a thin person but all my fat obviously goes to my butt and thighs. how can i tone them without getting them bigger? and my butt is big and kinda jigly. how can i can it up alot? and get thin thigs?. any tips?

and yes the guys like it they always look at my butt and slap it and stuff like that but i want it firm!

i am a size 0 but cause my butt & thighs i have to get like a 1 or 2 maybe 3 sizes.

Instead of doing lunges that go from side to side, spread your feet shoulder width apart, squat down and when you come up squeeze your butt cheeks as tight as you can and hold it for 3 seconds - then repeat like 20 times a day for a week then work your way up from there.

Muscle does not turn to fat, it's not capable of making that kind of transformation. If you feel it's not firm, that is one thing, but muscle will not magically turn into fat. You can lose muscle tissue, if your body needs the protien and you aren't eating it, your body will canibalize itself. Lunges are great, however, if you feel you are bulking up too much, try cardio such as running. Runners have a problem keeping muscle on them, in fact, as a previous powerlifter, cardio was actually not approved by the trainer, as it could lead to muscle loss (this is of course extreme extreme cardio)

Squats, lunges, leg kicks, and running are going to become your best friend.
The exercises above have proved to tone and decrease the size of you rear end edition.
Perform 15-18 reps and 3 sets of each exercise.

did u try squats for the butt and hamstring. do a 90 degree angle squat and do 2 sets of 40. ( don't go too fast)

do butt clinches.just buy standing there you could clinch your butt and release and do it again.any time your just standing there clinch.It could be habit forming and that's a good habit.
