Everyone i know who was born under this solar sign are bad tempered, dictatorial (u gotta do as they say), and too concerned about money and material things. Any thoughts from you guys??

Some scorpios I've met have wonderful hearts, and interesting personalities. The others embody the qualities you described, plus unfriendliness and insensitivity.But I am a leo, and supposed to be incompatible with scorpios. Astrology has a hell of a lot of truth to it, let me tell you.

Um do you mean Scorpio? I'm a Scorpio and I'm not bad tempered or concerned about material things. And I'm not a dictator yet. Maybe someday.

Not true - my Dad was a Scorpio and he was very generous! He was a pretty even tempered guy - a lot easier going than I am! And one of my friends is a Scorpio. He's very easy going.

yeah, my boss is too, but he's great! my sign is compatible with his so we work well together...they are also very secretive...so if you don't like that, beware....again, i just always know when something is all wrong or whatever...he's an easy read to me...of course, i've known him for 10 years too...they are good leaders...just work with them, not against them. they aren't against hearing other people out....they generally accept things as long as they are done proficiently and efficiently.
also, he's a real help the poor people kinda guy...he gives his stuff away to those who he deems needs it...computers etc...he's very generous to those who can't do for themselves...which sometimes bites him 'cause he tries to help trashy people who just take advantage of him.

i definitely agree with what your saying to a point. They definitely can be materialistic, Self-Centred, and pretty grumpy. But they can be pretty nice too.
