Well, considering you're a teenager, and it's normal for a teenager to have feelings like that, no, it's not wrong. In fact, those feelings will probably get even stronger and the urges you have will frow also with time. Just try to keep it under wraps though - Tone it down to a minimum. If you get too obsessed with making yourself have orgasms, it can be harder for a guy to make you have one.

No ma'am. Normal, healthy, and to be expected.
However, I suspect that what you're really doing is soliciting boys to email you their phone numbers, thinking you're going to call them, talk to them and touch yourself. For which I suspect, somewhere along the line, there will be a fee.
But if you're really just a horny teen -- well, carry on. When you're sixteen, with few exceptions, you're horny. That's just the way it is.

No it is not wrong for a girl to be so horny its just that you are highly sexed what is wrong when you have sex outside of marriage. and also touching yourself is not a crime you're just getting acquainted with your own body but touching yourself leads to other things so you should stop touching yourself

It's ok as long as you do not offend others or break any laws.
Do this discreetly as you will have your own reputation to keep. Being sexually excited is normal, everyone experiences this but does it in different ways. That's all.
