"Apples and Wine"
Women are like apples on trees. The best ones are at the top of the tree.
Most men don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they sometimes take the apples from the ground that aren't as good, but easy.
PEOPLE IS THIS SO TRUE?
The apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in
reality, they're amazing. They just have to wait for the right man to come along,
the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top of the
tree.
Share this with other women who are good apples, even those who have already been picked!
Now Men .... Men are like a fine wine. They begin as grapes, and it's up to women to stomp the sh** out of them until they turn into something acceptable to have dinner with.

The good men do climb high in the tree. But the minute they get to the good apple she sees some thug on the ground and falls from the tree, away from the good men. Then the thug squishes the s*** out of them and when the juice is gone and they are all dried up. They are tossed aside and wonder what happened. Now THAT is what usually happens.

I hadn't heard the apple bit, but I had definitely heard the wine bit...
It really depends... sometimes, women are like apples.. and sometimes men really are like grapes, but not always... I've met some very decent men in my life. Sometime it is about the blend of fruit (I mean, to me, watermelon doesn't go with kiwi, and lime doesn't go with honey dew... so it's about finding the perfect taste and match for you, where you're someone else's perfect taste/match).
But yes, sometimes I feel like an apple.
