Lmao. Because teen nymphettes like sucking on things and it's not like they can show a girl with a penis in her mouth on television so they substitute it with a lollipop or popsicle. Lol.

It's called "imagery"; a popsicle is a safe-for-TV way to suggest (to those who are clued in to sexual imagery) oral sex, without inadvertently explaining oral sex to kids who don't understand what it is yet.
