I do, and it's to the point where I can't go into a public toilet even if I really needed to....I break out in a sweat...go into panic attack mode...am I alone in this weird phobia?

I have the same problem. I will try like heck not to use a public bathroom. Now sometimes when I got to go, huh...I got to go. It's funny cause I will not sit my butt on the toilet what so ever. I will go to the handicap stall and hold on to the rails. My butt never touches the toilet seat. Who knows whats been on that seat.

I don't know if I would say I'm phobic. I also don't know what your specific phobia is. I won't go into a public toilet if there are too many people (esp. children), because I become too tense. I don't have to mention the particulars of why that negates the purpose of the trip.
Another angle Re: public toilets
When I find a restroom that provides those sanitary paper toilet covers to sit on, I take a few extra and tuck them in my purse for next time. Just a thought. Oh, also, carry baby wipes. Not only good for self-hygiene, but you can wipe the seat down before sitting. This works best and is most practical for me!

No! You are not alone!
I was that way for years ... to the point of controlling how much i drank, and learning to "hold it" for 12 hours at a time. Which, by the way, is not healthy.
It took a few years of therapy, baby steps working on it, and lots of practice and self-talk, but i cn now go into p ublic restrooms some of the time, depending on the place, situation, and the restroom itself.
talk to a counselor if you want help overcoming this.

I don't have it as bad as you do but I really can't stand public toilets. What I really hate is when there are droplets on the seat. ugh, drives me fuc*kin crazy. If I have to go REALLY bad then I just suck it up and fire it out real quick.

I'm not phobic, but when I'm in strange public restrooms I always look around for the camera or the peepholes.
