best gel is made by "short and sexy hair" its a blue gel, get it at hair cuttery or most salons. wont flake up and hair stays in place you can sleep on this stuff and your hair wont move. #1 gel every

Tresseme gel is great for that and you can get it pretty much anywhere; Target, WalMart, etc.

for watter proof strong gel there is a salon exclusive called Spiker by Joico, any salon that carries joico products should it is good.

"GOT TO BE GLUED" IT IS IN A YELLOW TUBE AT WALMART STORES. I KNOW THIS WORKS BECAUSE MY SON HAD A MOHAWK AND KEPT IT SPIKED. HE WENT THROUGH ALL KINDS OF HAIR **** AND FINALLY FOUND THIS ONE. BELIEVE ME, IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
