I used an egg since it asked for just one. But the egg smelled abnormal, the yolk seemed all liquidy, it just didn't seem right. I didn't want to waste the brownies, so just now I put them in the oven. Is it dangerous to eat the brownie if the eggs were expired or something???? They're baked at 350F...

If it smells bad, it is probably rotten. Baked in high temperature will kill the bacterias but not the poison and the foul taste .

NO WAY--- if you can't stand the thought of wasting them...learn from your mistake and NEVER use anything funky again. Sorry for being so blunt but .... your end-product is only as good as what you put into it. True enough, I lot of things bordering on that "use by" date can be made very tastey w/gravey...but brownies just isn't one of them. Don't eat them sweetie

No, you will definitely get diarrhea. Always remember, that anything with bad eggs won't give you sweet times in the toilet cubicle.

Did you watch one of the American Pie where Finch ran to the girls toilet and the way he release the pain? That's what you get when you consume bad eggs.

No do not eat them. Spoiled food produces toxins, which no matter how they are cooked never leave the food. Which means you could end up in the hospital or even worse.

Please think about this one....if the word "bad" is associated with anything I'm going to digest knowing there is the possibility of it making my stomach go into convulsions and I would have to re-taste it over the commode, I highly doubt I would even consider consuming it......

No, I would not eat the brownies. Even if you cook something that's rotten, it's still rotten.

It probably wouldn't hurt you, but I don't think they would taste
right at all.
