It's probably cheaper just to send her the money to buy the cake in California. I realize this may not be the cake you created or got in the philippines, but it is more cost effective and she can choose the cake she wants as an alternative.

What a kind and thoughtful idea! Unfortunately, I don't think you can do it for under US$30 in California, at least not something she would enjoy eating. You can probably find something good for less than US$50 though.
