no; and there is no difference to the eyes as to the fluid coming out at all. The inner tubes connecting the testes to the body are not fully cut or separated from the body as many of the photos show. If this were true the testes would die due to having no blood supply. Only the inner tube, the Vas Deferens, is cut and tied, which is a small tube located inside the larger outer covering "testes connecting lines" (the perivasal sheath).

I can't remember the correct numbers but it is something close to 1% sperm and the rest is just filler that comes from the prostate. So yes there is still fluid but 1% less. I woud not think you could tell by that. And after a few years you would not be able to just happen to see the scars. Now days they poke two small holes and pull the tubs outside clip and tie and put them back in the same little holes. Normally don't even take a stich to close.

Maybe, depends on the type of procedure. One type is done through tiny holes in the scrotum that don't even need stitches after the tubes are cut. The other makes one or two small cuts in the scrotum to get to the tubes, and then the scrotum is stitched closed. Either way it'd likely be hard to tell unless it was pretty recent.

there are different places the incision can be made, but all usually around the base of the penis (either side or just underneath). Last guy I dated had a fresh one and the scar that formed was just under an inch under the penis on the scrotum... incisions in other places may be harder to see.

No, my experience is that you cannot tell, either by looking or by their ejaculation. I am currently seeing a man who ahs had a vasectomy, and there is no difference between him & oter men I'vehad the pleasure to be with. Although... to be totally honest, I have often wondered why he doesn't ejaculate as much as stuff as most other guys I know. But may be that is just him.

You can also tell because no fluid comes out when they ejaculate.
