How could that be stealing? Is it possible that the person it belonged to could be located? If not then it's not stealing. A 10 dollar bill isn't the same as a car or any other type of property that can be identified as belonging to one person. However if you saw someone drop 10 dollars and didn't alert them and then kept the money for yourself that would be stealing.

I dont think theres anything wrong with keeping the 10 bucks you found. Your not acsually stealing something. You found it, it's a big differnts with finding thing and stealing things. I see if you found it in a wallet or it had a name or address on the bill. Which i dought it would. But I fould a quater today and i picked it up. lol But I think its fine.

No, that does not constitute to stealing. Try asking aloud who has lost the 10 bucks - 10 people will come forward to claim it.

that is NOT stealing, how could it be when you actually found the money, that is a gift of abundance, you should say Thank you Universe for this gift of abundance, and then use the money for something good
stealing is when you take something from someone not when you find money lying on the ground.
if that was true then all the loose change we all find on the street should have id on it so we could return it to it's rightful owner

Do you think that stealing is wrong? Do you think picking it up would be stealing?
It's just as much of an ethics question as it is a religious question. There are even atheists who believe it is wrong to steal.

well first of all no one can tell tell you if your going to hell. many people try to predict whos going to hell but they dont really know. and second did you look for the person who might have dropped it and if you didnt was it because it was in crowded place if your answer is yes to the first then your ok if its no to the first and yes to the last then its ok dont worry about it too much and if you feel guilty ask God for forgiveness just in case.

no you wont go to hell. the commandment only applys if you know the owner and took it from them without permission( stealing) if you found it on the ground you dont know who's it is so its not like you planned to take it from someone so technicall you didnt steal it.

No. I think you were "the chosen one" to have that money. Feel better now? If you didn't pocket it then someone else would have. Consider it a blessing. I am sure you have lost money before or will in the future.....
