Make sure you're eating well. Your hair is made of protein, so make sure you have enough in your diet. Vitamins can help too. Also stimulate your scalp, with either your fingertips or a fairly stiff bristled brush, it helps to increase the bloodflow to your hair follicles. If you're not already using a high quality shampoo and conditioner, start. That way you won't have as much breakage.

sunlight naturally makes your hair and nails grow faster because of the vitamin D it produces in our bodies. Also taking over the counter pre natal vitamins helps and using re -constructors after you shampoo to keep it healthy. That way you wont need to get trims through the summer. I only recommend that if the ends are not split.. So try not to blow dry much or use hot tools on it. Put it up as much as possible. All these things should help!

Absolutely. Hair length is relative to the size of the head. For example, a six-inch cut would look good on a person with a round face and medium size head. But, it would be too short for a person with a long face and a large head. Therefore, spend part of the summer in Venezuela, visit a Jivaro encampment, and have your head shrunk.

Take Panthenol in vitamin form, and use hair care products with it in. i think thats vit B5 but im not sure . Dont expose hair to too much sun or chlorinated water as those things help hair break and it will never get long that way. Dont color your hair as that will dry it and make it break off too.
