This has to be one of the best questions I have yet to see. As Americans we look at ourselves too much, and what we can do for ourselves. If we all came together and fixed the issues we have among each other, this country would rock! The racism and the lack of respect we have for each other has grown out of hand. I agree with you. =]

It's that old love-hate thing going on.
You don't have to leave because your not happy, or not getting your way. Sometimes you don't get your way, and sometimes you won't be happy. but don't leave the U.S.A. cause of it.
I'm gonna be straight up: Get Over It and be Proud to be an American.
I can't think of any other country to be proud of and be apart of, despite the set backs that others on the hill put us through.
Look beyond the politics and try to see how beautiful America really is.
It's all about Apple Pie, Rock and Roll, Harleys, Chevys, Water skiing, and Happy Hour.
You're Either In Or You're Out!

I get very tired of this comment. So if a person isn't pleased with what is going on then get out. That would be one hell of a thing had people done that over the past 230 years. It is the diversity of our nation that makes it strong and you had BETTER have people that disagree or all is lost.

Seems as if the very first poster has it best said. Maybe we do need to follow Jefferson's advice.
