well, if it's come to the point where you say you can't lose weight then Im assuming you've tried dieting, maybe see a specialist and if that doesn't work go to a homeopathic specialist....they can usually spot if it's a thyroid issue or not and my sister-in-law's specialist gave her this horrible tasting medicine to flush her out and it makes her go #2 all the bloody time but she's lost a fair bit of weight since she started the treatment and feels a lot healthier too. Now don't go out there and start ingesting anything because you feel overweight, she was an extreme case.....see you GP if nothing else works but don't do anything to harm yourself. Good luck

I have an answer. It is because of your metabolism. Depending on your age, it slows down when you are over 40, or is it 50? Well, all I can say is to get some exorcise and eat right. It could be also that you have diabetes. Go to the doctor if you find you can't lose weight in about 3 months. otherwise, just keep trying and don't listen to anyone of the answers that say you are lazy. YOU CAN DO IT! I BELIEVE IN YOU! Now that should boost up you confidence and remember, you have family there for you if you have trouble along your path to lose weight.

Calorie intake exceeds calories burned. Maybe you eat too much. Maybe you need to exercise. Maybe something is wrong with your body and it's not metabolizing correctly. Check with your Dr., then fix the problem. You can if you want to.
