Then Jesus said to his disciples: "Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes. Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds! Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?" He says that we need to cast our cares upon him. Does God worry about the lilies of the field and bird in the air? Yes and he knows every hair on our head. So if he is concerned about every aspect of our lives then we need to know He is looking out for us and we have no need to worry. Pray, He will see you through whatever trials are put before you.

I don't know but Jewel says "Not to worry cause worry is useless and wasteful in times like these". I think that God would agree.

God says to (in my own words) not to worry about tomorrow for tomorrow will take care of itself. He will give us what we need for today and tomorrow He will give us what we need.
As for stress...I can't think of anything off the top of my head.

he says don't do it. worrying is a lack of faith in Him. do the best you can, pray about it, and turn it over to God.

It says in the bible to ask for comfort ,compassion and answers to all of your problems...He never gives you an obstacle that you cant deal with'
