I hope you know that probably a lot of people you talk to are probably christian and you don't even know it.
How ever with that being the case then I guess you are wasting your breath on all people.
Keep in mind that no matter who you talk to everyone is allowed their opinion and no one has to think or talk like you do.

If you are spending your entire life talking to ChristianS, you're wasting your life.
I think to myself a lot though, and I'm a Christian, but that doesn't mean I'm wasting my life.
If you want to have an open mind, then it isnt a waste. If you're doing it solely for entertainment, then maybe you are wasting your (and their) time.

The questioner did not say he was an atheist - that is someone's assumption. Christians are NOT like everyone else. They have been taught not to question.
Just curious - what do you generally talk to them (Christians) about?
If it's rational and reasonable - yes, I would say you are wasting your time!

If you are taking the time to talk to them, it's too late for you already. The seed has been planted in you, you just haven't realized it yet. Must be some truth there, or you wouldn't be "Wasting " your time. The fool says in his heart there is no God.
