The age thing isn't a problem, but just how far away are we talking? My first boyfriend was about 35 years old, and I was 15. We loved eachother more than life itself. Don't worry about the age thing, just the distance. My boyfriend is around 8 years older than I am, and that is fine, but he lives 1200 miles away, and that is not fine. I am going out there to see him as soon as I turn 18, and my parents can't say anything about it.

You are only 13. A 13 year old and a 16 year old will not have too much in common. He could/would get into a lot of trouble if he did anything with you. He probably thinks that your infatuation with him is cute. Stick to boys closer to your own age.

Please be careful boys that age are ready for sex and they will say any thing they think will get into your pants. All i can tell you never show how much you like a guy the will use it to there best of knowledge and to make sure your self esteem is the best always know what you got is worth keeping and that if he want to be with you he have to show you .he want you he will treat you respectful at all times and treat you the same when he is around your friends and when he's not

I say you wait. This is a perfect example of a guy seeing fresh meat and so he comments. Then you fall head over heals while he is using you for your lips or anything else. He will barely care for you and he just wants you for ten minutes then he will be done. Wait until you are 14 and you meet a 14 year old

It sounds like more pain than it's worth.
A few things may happen, he may very well expect sex and his friends in his age group may very likely tease him for being a cradle robber. There is also a good chance that peer pressure and age group differences will cut the relationship pretty short if you two started dating in public.
Just be mindful of this and maybe consider guys closer to your own age group.

be careful...theres only one thing on the mind of almost every 16 year old boy..sex. and trust me, u dont want ur first time to be with some random dick head teen who will forget about u the next day. and dont think ur an "exception" to that rule, he will not want to have a relationship if u do anything with him. find someone ur own age.

well im a guy and all i can say is that you really should wait a bit before dating, not to lecture but you should first get a sense of the kind of guys ur gonna deal with so u know how to handle urself in these kinds of situations, so u know the right guy from the wrong guy

If you like him the way you say you do you would tell him how you fell about him.Like if you have his number you call him and tell him how you fell. In if you have his e-mail address write to him and tell how you fell about like that.
