The first thing you need to do, is to go to the doctor and have a
pelvic exam done. The doctor will tell you how far into the pregnancy you are. He will also tell you which pre-natal vitamins to take. If you are RH negative bloodtype, you need to tell the doctor about this also. Then all you really have to do is enjoy your pregnancy, and follow doctors orders. If you are experiencing morning sickness, you may want to try about a half cup of milk with a couple of saltine crackers in the morning and
lie still for about thirty minutes. I know it sounds stupid but my
doctor told me to do this and it did help. Good luck with your
pregnancy.

Lots of folic acid
don't clean cat litter box(if you have a cat)
Don't use chemicals for cleaning without a LOT of ventilation or not at all.
Go see your Dr. to find out everything.
Try the book"What to Expect When You're Expecting"
Or the book.."A Child is Born" I thought this was a really good book and show's some good pictures, but also goes through each month.

Good luck!!!!

You need to eat well during the entire course of your pregnancy, with lots of protein, fruits and veggies, carbs, and omit all the junk food you can. Also, you need to tone your body for the labor and birth. Tailor sitting, squats, yoga, light aerobics are all good for pregnancy. Most importantly, you should be seen by a caregiver, either Dr. or midwife, as your pregnancy progresses to ensure you are in good shape and the baby is developing well. You'll need to devise your birth plan and present it to your caregiver, and you'll need to purchase or borrow things that your baby will need, like a bassinet, car seat, clothing, and stroller. Good luck!
