It depends on the crew. Some will just turn a blind eye to it, some can have the captain call ahead and have the police waiting at the gate and you are then charged with public sex and indecent exposure. You can potentially lose your flight. It all depends on what the flight attendant wants to do, press charges or not.

The penalty for safeboarding and trasvestite upheaval is two years if surprised with zippers down and hands on ****, except in south america and Africa, where there are no forbidances on their citizens or travelers. Some countries do believe not in liberty, so if the airline does press charges they are unruled and even liable for distress supplied.
Even though it is said sex on board is unconfortable it sure is good and filled with excitement and show offs. Do not conceal the airplane ticket.

you would most likely be banned from the airline. And they get you for sex in a public place. And it should be called the 6 mile high club. That just always bothered me.

this would be statutory rape in some states and you could get anything from a misdemeanorr to a Felony record with sex offender registration. also in some states where there is a tree year rule you could go to prison up to 30 years. you need to not have sex with anyone under the age of 16 years old in any case if you dont want problems

Depends on the country of arrival (no, you are NOT in international airspace, you are in the country of the carrier until you deplane, much like an Embassy), if you do it publicly.
You should be banned from the airline but 99% of the time wont be.

The reward is obvious, the penalty is having to clean up after yourself.

I could never figure out how they do that, in the first place... The planes I've been on, I could barely fit in the bathroom by myself, much less with a breezy!

...If someone did get caught doing this, I would guess they could complain about the chump who busted in, and get compensation for their flight? ...At least a free bag o' peanuts...

The penalty is embarassment. The larger question is why would you want to? Those bathrooms smell like a porta potty!!

Unless the penalty is really, really extreme, then the reward will always be better.

It's a $500 fine and you’re charged with sex in a public place. You also lose your flight.
