You can dry them over a screen in the hot sun, as long as you can keep bugs away from them. You can also dry them in the oven at 150º F. degrees, until they are dry.

I've found that the best way to dry anything is with a dehydrator... you can make jerky, dried fruits and vegetables, the works.
