i love them and it is not sardines that are salty; anchovies are salty. i just ate some earlier. sardines are healthy. a lot healthier than what some of us eat. by 2010 NIH predicts 1 and every 3 kids will be obese as the result of hearing us talk about how icky something as healty as sardines are; instead we would rather snack on candy and stick our turn our fat faces at the site of sardines.

I love sardines. Especially on pepperoni pizza. But I think alot of people think they're gross because they kinda look like little fish still & they are majorly salty.

Mostly because of the smell and look of them. Though sardines are actually quite delectable.

they have never eaten the freshly caught sardines .
grilled over a little charcoal fire ,as they do outside every house in a fishing village

err, they have limited palate...or just have not tried it.
u can make wonderful stuff with sardines...like sardine curry, sardine sandwich, sardine masala...if u know how to cook it well almost anything will taste great.

Honestly i think that people find the smell revolting and they are turned off about trying them. I know thats why i wont try them

I've tried them...but I found them to be rather salty. Saltier than olives...which I love.
