Yes, it hydrates your hair. Adding Rosemary oil to it, and rubbing it into your hair and scalp before you wash it, will help get rid of product build up.

I wouldn't, use regular Mayonaise. It works a whole heck of a lot better than Oilve Oil. Gives you the oils you need and makes it shiny for about 3 -4 weeks. Good luck!

try doing a hot oil treatment, it is very good for the hair.
