buddy...? do you mean, just a plain buddy or an intimate buddy? Well, if it's just a plain buddy like friends, then you could have more as much as you want but just be careful and selective in choosing them. There are some who could be a bad influence to you. If it is an intimate buddy, well, more than one is not good because you might be able to get hurt someone's feelings along the way and the other way around, you might get hurt (emotionally and physically).

if by 'buddy' you mean 'sexual partners', than the answer is no.
You should be with one person and just do everything sexual with them. There is sooo much out there, I would be scared. And besides, if your 'buddies' had more than one buddy you are exposed to wayyyyyy tooo muuuccchhh. Think about it.
