I married a Mexican in '83. I miss my heritage, and religion still. Molokans bought property around the corner from me. I want to be accepted back! Do you think the time has finally come where Molokans can accept that times have changed, and thier members may not always marry other Russians? I have never been comfortable with other religions. I still say I am Molokan, even though my religion has ostresized me.

never heard of Molokans, but keep in mind its not your religion that ostresized you, its a religious group. As long as you still believe that way then thats what matters. An excommunicated catholic could still be a christian.

I am a Russian, but not Molokan. Molokan, as far as I know is a Russian Orthodox group founded by Leo Tolstoy, or supported by him. They live by their own social comunity here are some resources in Russian
