call philips 1-800 number with the manual mostly likely, or on their web site and order a new one

Good luck getting it from Philips. I ended up having to buy a new one. I posted the drivers on DriverGuide.com look for philips and the model P44417. Choose the one posted in June, the other didn't work for me. Good luck.

Go to www.philips.com and see if you can download the software for you keychain camera. If you cannot download it off the website, call the customer service phone line and ask them for a replacement.

Contact the company to get a replacement? Alternatively, they may have the drivers on their website, most of the time you only really need the drivers for a device, the software is usually just needless bloat for complete newbies...

Try going to driverguide.com - they require you to sign up for an account (don't worry - they don't spam you), and you can put in the make/model of your camera, operating system, etc. and usually they have any driver you may want.

get a real digital camera. I had one of those and its pictures are crap compared to a real digital picture!
