Grain is reccomended,and some fat is good ,
but sugar really takes a toll...
especially cake,cookies and donuts,
cuz they have the worst kind of fat AND sugar...
Results in 'sticky keyboard' also :)

saturated fat (fats in processed foods, animal meats) and sugar make you fat
unsaturated fat is good for you (fats in fish, nuts)
whole grains make you lean and healthy--and provides a valuable source of fiber, as well as other nutrients
