I believe you can go to any store that has a pharmacy/medicine section and get motion sickness pills. I would try that since it's so last minute. If those end up not working try seeing a doctor (I've never tried motion sickness pills myself but I know I get it sometimes too). I know they have them though so I suggest you go somewhere (Wal-Mart, Walgreens, anywhere like that) and try to find some.

Dramamine. It's an over the counter Motion Sickness drug.
There's the regular and Non-Drowsy, so make sure you look for the one that you want. You are definitely gonna be able to find it at the airport. And, go to the restroom right before you board the plane, or before it takes off.
Standing in a plane is a MAJOR no no for those who get motion Sickness.
Enjoy your flight!

Alternative treatments for motion sickness have become widely accepted as a standard means of care. They include herbal therapy, acupressure, and homeopathy. Ginger (Zingiber officinale) in its various forms is often used to calm the stomach, and it is now known that the oils it contains (gingerols and shogaols) appear to relax the intestinal tract in addition to mildly depressing the central nervous system. Some of the most effective forms of ginger include the powdered, encapsulated form; ginger tea prepared from sliced ginger root; or candied pieces. All forms of ginger should be taken on an empty stomach when treating motion sickness. There are several homeopathic remedies that work specifically for motion sickness. They include Cocculus, Petroleum, Ipecacuanha, and Tabacum.

I think motion sickness is the least of your problems. You should be more concerned with the possibility of dying in a fiery plane crash. (Just go ahead and puke. At least you'll know you're alive...)

Eat some dramamine now, and again 4 hours before you get on the plane....this should do the trick... but if you have to spew, try to do it on one of those rich bastards in first class.

take dramamine, or there are these pressure-point wristbands that ease motion sickness. Dramamine puts you to sleep, and a friend of mine says that the wristbands really do work.
Good luck!
