Animals do not have souls therefore they do not go anywhere they just die, because God didnt want animals to be equal to humans in everyway. And also cats do not have 9 lives only one like every other thing in this world.

i think cats have more incarnations than 9 unless they are really bad kitties. ive met a few. animals do have souls that was heartless
