I am here as one of the guardians of democracy, defending our beloved Constitution against the religious bigots who would erode our Constitutionally guaranteed freedoms who would erode them at every opportunity in some false guise with the real agenda of transfoming the United States into a theocratic totalitarian state that will kill folks like Galileo for saying the world is not the center of the universe or that the universe evolved. I am but one of the guardians of freedom. WHAT DO OTHER NON THEISTS SAY? WHY ARE YOU HERE?

I would say that apparently you skipped too many English classes in school and never learned what a "run-on" sentence is. And by the way, your use of all those big intelligent looking words means that you are trying to compensate for something, (like your real I.Q.) and your lack of punctuation is terrible. If, in fact, you are a non-(a)theist, that would imply that you are either a Christian, which apparently you're not, or believe in nothing but whatever it is you believe in. Your question has no merit for the category of Religion and Spirituality, but rather should be listed in the category of "Pi$$ed-off Angry People That Hate Everything That Does Not Conform To Their Standards of Thinking." Confucius says: "You should have sailed on the Titanic."

Theists are believers. there are possibly extra atheists and anti-religious the following than you anticipate, because we've anonymity. yet with the intention to easily do a survey, you'll ought to submit to in innovations that persons connect up and stale continually for the time of a 24-hour day, and by no skill anybody signs and indications in each day. certainly, it really is astounding what number of people come and bypass, usually asking a question and then failing to go back to a decision on a perfect answer. Did they disappear completely, or only no longer come decrease back lower back for a lengthy time period? I have a tendency to hitch up type of an same time each day (between useless night and three am major US time), yet i do not see an same people very usually. Then too, anybody isn't continually open about what they trust, fantastically trolls.

What you refer to has much to do with why I am here, religion is now mainly a political force with an often agressive agenda to impose it's religious will on everyone through legislation, the danger with religious groups is they are large, well funded and their leaders can easily manipulate them to lobby and to vote the way they want them to...this is not good for democracy...

Religion is getting too big for it's boots and is now a bully, religious faith should be a personal thing you live quietly, not something you scream and shout at passers by and push onto all and sundry...too aggressive.

Maybe . . . Just maybe because we would like the theists to be correct. It is a nice story, isn't it? I am a strict rationalist, but I wish I did have enough reason to believe I will ascend into heaven after death. I also wish that humans could one day stop hating each other, you know?

Just because I don't believe in God doesn't mean that I'm not spiritual. I am here to help people find the spiritual basis of their respective religions so that they can move past the dogmatic rules, laws, commandments and such.
