Flowers, dinner and a movie sound very nice to me. Not "too normal". Other romantic ideas......take her on a picnic or cook for her.

try other things the dinner part is good but drop the flowers and get her a card with something cute wrote in it and try a romantic dvd as a gift for a romantic night at home so you can cuddle girls dig that

Yes it normal, but it still romantic, and Ladies still like it. Also try having a picnic dinner at a park.

I'd love a guy to take me to an old fashioned amusement park and ride the ferris wheel with me and try to win me a stuffed animal! I think baseball games are fun dates too, cause unlike a movie you can talk to each other and get to know one another without upsetting the people around you.

for me as a woman i think that flowers dinner and a movie is ideal but this varies for different women because most women like material things so they would not appreciate the simple things that life has to offer.

Not too normal ... just very expensive. I'd have a better idea what to suggest if I knew where you live. Our options can be limited by our geography.

yes, it works every time if the girl loves you. but maybe you can do something in the daytime, like hiking, coffee...for a change
