i would have the x-acto knife blade under the thumbnail, because at least my nail would grow back! i dont really know if my nipple would grow back...

Ouch...either one is painful to think about, hopefully I never really have to decide that...lol...but I'd choose the knife under my thumbnail, doesn't sound as painful as my nipples being cut off ouch....
