I seen a Good Year blimp pass over my house just last year. I live in Pa....it was heading into Ohio. Made sure my kids went outside to see it.

One of the Goodyear blimps flew over my house a few weeks ago. I think it was travelling to a Nascar race somewhere. One blimp was lost in an accident last year in Florida during a thunderstor; I believe they're in the process of building a replacement for it. Pretty cool machines up close!

they fly over most outdoor sporting events , like football games and auto races. there used to be one stationed in Akron Ohio and one in California somewhere. Im not sure where they are now.

It's not the same.
not since it crashed, although a new blimp was recently christened..
We have one stationed nearby in Carson, CA.

It flies by when there is something of national interest (sports) going on at PNC Park or Heinz Stadium

I haven't seen it in my area in years.Many years ago it spend about an hour circling over my neighborhood (I live near an airport)...very cool...
