Squeeze the exercise into your day in short blocks. While you are waiting for formula to warm up, do arm curls with a gallon of water or a heavy pan... Do knee bends while you are changing diapers. Get the pattern? Just try to find a little extra motion in the things you already do! (Don't forget to drink lots of water!)

walk walk walk. put them in the double pram and walk. it really is the best exercise u will lose weight from all over. even walking around and around the clothesline while they play in the yard, or walking on a treadmill at night while they sleep. walk to the park and walk to shops. also 30 mins of working out like sit ups or something when they go down at night, or even a fit ball routine would be good, but i never stick to these lol i just walk an walk. after putting on 20kgs with my first baby i lost 30kgs in 9 months after she was born!! (of course within 4 weeks of gettin to my goal weight i was preg again!! grr) all i do is walk, i dont have a car so i dont have an excuse!

if you have the time to get online and ask that question, you have time to exercise. You don't need to go outside to do it....there are many dvd workouts you can buy and do them once a day or 3 times a week after they are asleep, it's that simple.

if Daddy's around GIVE THEM TO DADDY! He needs to learn sometime! I was scared out of my mind the first time I left my son alone with my husband for more than a quick trip to the store. It was almost and entire YEAR after he'd been born, and, not that he's not a great dad, he is, but he'd been scared to take the baby alone for any "long" periods of time. When I finally said "enough's enough" it was great! I had the time to do what I wanted ALONE and he is more comfortable with our son AND cherishes his daddy/son time more!

Try some of the popular mommy & baby workouts. They'll help you get back in shape and at the same time you get to spend time with them.

get a jogging stroller and take them for a run to the park or around the neighborhood. the good thing about these strollers is you can use them for a long time, so when the girls get older, you can run to the park and they can play while you recover or y'all can play together

Try incorporating excercise into their playtime. Use the babies as weights. Sit them on your tummy and do crunches. When they get older, you can have them sit on your feet and do leg extensions. You'll get excercise and they'll have fun.
