Yes you can. I had an ectopic pregnancy and it was treated with methotrexate. A year later I was pregnant again with my first son.

I went on to have two healthy daughters after suffering an ectopic pregnancy.

if you are having an ectopic pregnancy you should go back to the hospital as you will need a d&c. go back to the ER

yes you can, my mother had 3 eptopic pregnancies and she has 4 childeren. 2 of which were born after an eptopic pregnancy

After having an eptopic pregnacy & having one tube removed it took almost 3 years but I had two beautiful babies

maybe. It depends if they did surgery on your fallopian tubes/ how much damage was done. Ask your OBGYN.
