Being healthy doesn't always come down to how much you weigh. It depends on your cholesterol levels, blood sugar levels etc and if you were to have a proper health check up - how long do you think you will survive walking/running on the treadmill??. You may have a poor heart rate, the more you exercise the better the heart is. Whether you are 105lbs or 205lbs, you will be healthier just by doing some exercise and you will feel a lot more awake and energetic. Just 30 mins 3 times a week to start, you will fill the benefits after a week or 2.

A healthy body is determined by BMI (Body Mass Index) now, not just by your weight. It all depends on your height, weight and age. There are calculators out there to give you an estimate if you're in a healthy range. But the best way to to find out for sure is to a place that can do a complete body analysis to see where you're at. www.getdunk.com has a few offices around the country.
The other link below will help you estimate your BMI.

An interesting statistic: If you divide people into two categories -- whether or not they exercise, and whether or not they're overweight -- you get four types of people (two categories, two answers in each category).

When it comes to being at risk for heart disease, it's a no-brainer that the people at the lowest risk for heart disease are the people who are NOT overweight and DO exercise.

Likewise, people who ARE overweight and DON'T exercise are at the highest risk.

What's surprising is the way the other two categories fall out:

The second-lowest risk for heart disease is people who ARE overweight and DO exercise. They are actually less likely to develop heart disease (statistically speaking) than people who are at their ideal weight but don't work out.

So take a walk, it'll do you good!

Nope, sounds healthy to me. Some people are just naturally skinny because it's the way they were born. Like me!
