It's an infection, similair to a yeast infection, you need to see the vet to get a cleaning solution and clean the ears, be careful they are sore and may bother the dog. The best way is to squirt the solution in the ear, rub the ear a bit, and roll up a paper towel so that the end is sort of pointed, use that end to rub along inside the ear wiping up the guck. This si common in alot of breeds, if your dog continues to get them, you might look intoo changing the food, sometimes a wheat free food helps eliminate the infection

Dogs with floppy ears can get AURAL HEMATOMAS (blood filled pockets) from shaking or scratching their ears. Basically it is a really bad bruise, since the ear flap is so thin, the blood causes the ear to swell and is really visible. The blood can cause the ear flap tissue to die, so I would get to a vet ASAP so he can relieve the swelling by draining off the blood and fluid trapped in the ear flap.

this is likely an ear an infection. My beagle continually receives infections in her ears. Take your dogs to the vet for clinical care. Have the vet teach you options to good sparkling your dogs ears. that would help to reduce down on destiny themes.

he may have ear mites and they are very irritating for the dog,,,,you really should take him to a vet and get some meds.
I have two beagles myself and one of them had that problem as well.

Go to your vet, there is a condition that tends to inflict dogs with droopy ears that can fill their ears with fluid and cause an infection. please go see your vet!
