how do i deal with a triffln exboyfriend?

My ex keeps sayn things to me that he knows is going to make me mad. I want to tell my new boyfriend but i dont want to start any confrontation between them. My ex's mother adores me and i dont want to mess up the relationship between me n her. Do i let my new boyfriend handle it his way or should i confront him myself and if so how should i confront him.

remember that your ex is an ex for a reason. stay away from him and that will end it.
