What are the steps and how can she do that loose 15 pounds she is about 5 2 or 5 3 and weighs 123 puonds please help her and she feels fat and it would mean so much to me in tips and can everyone please look at this problem .NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Avoid diet gimmicks and don't look for a quick fix. The answer is simple. It starts with your sister. Don't seek food to relieve stress. Don't eat in front of the TV. ALWAYS eat the right portion size. ALWAYS look at food labels. Don't drink sugar (no more soda, Gatorade, juice). Avoid ENRICHED carbs (read the ingredients) and look for food that has at least 4 grams of fiber per serving. And manage portions. If you eat out, know that the portions that you get are usually 3 or 4 times the normal size. Eat veggies and fruit a lot. Eat SMALL meals 5 or 6 times a day--about 2 hours apart--and she'll never feel like she is hungry.

It needs to be lost over time. Just tell her to walk for 30-45 minutes everyday. Trying sit ups is good.

And tell her, That I'm 220 pounds and she just needs to chill and be happy with herself. don't eat a whole lot when your given food, and walk to somewhere fun everyday.

I like walking to he beach, becuase i can't get there any other way, it's a few miles away too, but it's fun.

the best thing to do, is walk a little bit everyday, 30-45 minutes is good for you, cut back on junk foods, eat some bananas, strawberries, cherries, bluberries, blackberries, and other sweet tasting fruits instead.

I used to be 240 pounds, I lost all this weight in two months, I knwo that seems liek a long time, but i haven't been walking everyday, and i can really see the difference now.

I weigh 125 pounds, some of it could be muscle which weighs more than fat, she also could be big boned or the mass of her bones might be higher than average, I was 115 pounds before I lifted weights, i lost fat but my weight went up to 125, that took 2 weeks, lifting on only 3 days a week. gaining muscle also increases metabolism.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

its expensive but very effective...fast ....most can loose 5 lbs per week some loose 10 depending on how overweight they are.

well i am going to tell you this like my dad did ,everybodys body operates differently and is built differently so what i will give you is that what ever she eats alot our her fav food she eatS THAT SHE EATS ALL THE TIME STOP IT and go for long walks and she will not feel fat try that for about a week.
